Not only does Chris Stapleton have a voice that’s smooth like Tennessee Whiskey, but, he also has the songwriting chops to match. After spending years writing hits for other people, Stapleton branched out on his own, and he hasn’t looked back since.
To his credit, Chris Stapleton has built a solid catalog of solo records since Traveller in 2015, with his most recent full-length release, Higher, topping the charts yet again for the Lexington, Kentucky native.
Indeed, after all the years of blood, sweat, and tears to get to this point, fans old and new are glad to celebrate the journey Chris Stapleton has been on, including all the awards and accolades he has accumulated along the way.

With as big of a draw as Stapleton is, he is also a big hitter when it comes to collecting wins. According to the latest stats, Stapleton scored his fourth career number-one single with country radio for the lead single from his latest studio album, White Horse.
Chris Stapleton has the kind of voice that perfectly straddles the line between blues, country, and soul. When he is feeling like it, he can add some bluegrass twang and hard rock energy as well. Indeed, it’s exactly this sort of versatility that has made Chris Stapleton such a hit with so many.
With a voice like his and the songwriting talent to match, he has achieved the type of crossover success that many can only dream of. If that were not enough, he is also one heck of a guitar player to boot.
