Miranda Lambert has a brand new album coming out this year and she is talking about the changes. This sounds like it will be a very real album and she shared having “new inspiration” for it. Get the details here.
Miranda Lambert Talks New Album
Miranda Lambert spoke to US Weekly about her new album and she is very excited for this one. This one means a lot to her and she said it is the “most me” album she has ever made. Miranda said:
“I feel like it’s one of the most ‘me’ records I’ve ever made. It’s really a kind of a time capsule of all of the music that’s inspired me, and it’s honkey tonk as hell. It’s country, and luckily country is really getting a moment right now.”
This new album is with Republic Records and Big Loud and that is her first one with them. Even though it’s Miranda’s tenth album, this new label is a big change for her.
Miranda Shares “New Inspiration”
This is a lot different for Miranda Lambert and she shared that she has “new inspiration” now. Here is what else the country singer revealed:
“Signing with Republic and partnering with Big Loud as my Nashville team, it’s kind of a new inspiration, because it’s people that I haven’t got to work with before but I’ve known for a while. They really are interested in what I have to say still, and as a singer-songwriter, that’s all I ever wanted is to write songs and move people and go out in the world and play them, you know? It’s that simple for me.”
Her new song “Wranglers” already came out and this is from the new album. So far, it is the only song that Miranda Lambert has released yet from it. You can check out the lyric video below.
Miranda also shared that she loves riding horses to relax. It can be hard to balance everything and she is trying to make sure she finds a way to do that. She also does as float and camping trip with her family each year. It sounds like things are going great for Miranda and she is just enjoying life. Fans can’t wait for this new album to be released.
