Who Is Miranda Lambert’s Husband?
Country superstar Miranda Lambert was famously married to fellow country star Blake Shelton for several years. The golden couple divorced in 2015. He went on to find love with another familiar face – singer Gwen Stefani. So, it’s no surprise if people aren’t familiar with Miranda Lambert’s current non-famous husband.
In fact, she barely knew him when she married him. They met by chance in 2018 when he was assigned a job as security at one of her appearances in New York City. At the time, Brendan McLoughlin was an NYPD police officer.
Born and raised on Staten Island, McLoughlin spent his late teens modeling before joining the NYPD. He has a son from a previous relationship.
Brendan McLoughlin Embraces Life As Mr. Miranda Lambert
Fast forward five years, and McLoughlin has fully embraced his new life as Mr. Miranda Lambert. An insider revealed to Life & Style that he’s “living the good life.” After officially retiring from the police force in 2020, McLoughlin joined Lambert’s security team, allowing him to be with her every step of the way.
McLoughlin’s support for Lambert extends beyond just being her husband. He’s often by her side at high-profile events like the Grammy Awards and her Las Vegas residency. According to the insider, her husband is a regular at her Nashville bar, Casa Rosa. “He has the best seat and can order anything and it’ll be comped,” the spy spilled.
And when it comes to household chores, McLoughlin is happy to pick up the slack. Lambert revealed that he does much of the cooking and cleaning while she focuses on her music.
As they celebrate nearly five years of marriage, it’s clear that Brendan McLoughlin has found his calling as Mr. Miranda Lambert. And he wouldn’t have it any other way.
As one source put it, McLoughlin “loves being Mr. Lambert.” From trading in his police badge for a backstage pass to being a devoted husband, McLoughlin is living proof that sometimes, the best things in life come when you least expect them.
