Miranda Lambert Has Been At The Top Of The Charts For Decades
For many Miranda Lambert fans, it seems like just yesterday that the Texas native competed on Nashville Star. It’s almost uncanny how so many of the biggest country acts today got their start on some type of reality singing competition, and Miranda Lambert is no different.
Miranda Lambert was able to use that initial exposure as a springboard to climb all the way up into the stratosphere, and many of the people who listen to her now have followed her from the very beginning of her journey. It would not be a stretch to say that it has been quite the wild ride.
Wranglers Songstress Stuns With Full Circle Throwback
Lambert recently shared a full-circle moment tying together past and present, and fans are in awe of it in a big way. On the one hand, Miranda shared a throwback pic of her from years ago. In the pic, she has a shirt on that reads: “I Rode The Bull At Gilley’s.”
Gilley’s was a popular nightclub in Pasadena, Texas. It was also the inspiration behind the 1980 film, Urban Cowboy, starring John Travolta.
In addition to that first pic, Miranda Lambert also included a recent photo, wearing a different shirt that also displays the Gilley’s logo.
The singer also included the caption: “Rode the bull at Gilley’s again #PostcardsFromTexas.”

With Miranda Lambert connecting this thread between past and present, many of her followers can’t get over how good she looks, long after the first throwback pic. In fact, many of her fans say she has cracked the code to the fountain of youth.
