Blake Shelton Recently Dropped A Brand-New Single
For anyone who thought Blake Shelton may be losing his edge, he surprised his millions of fans with his latest single recently, a song called “Texas.” With its catchy grooves and Blake’s signature sound, his all-new single has been making waves since he first dropped it.
It has been a little over a week since Blake dropped the official video for “Texas,” and already, it has over 5ook plays. Listeners love the double meaning behind the song, as it can be enjoyed as both an ode to the state of Texas, as well as a dig at Shelton’s ex, Miranda Lambert, who is a Texas native.
Either way, fans are loving the new track, and, if this is a teaser of what to expect on Blake Shelton’s upcoming album, his fans are more than ready for the full release.
Shelton Takes Matters Into His Own Hands
Recently, Blake Shelton took to social media to make a surprising announcement. It turns out, the former The Voice coach is embracing a lot of change when it comes to how he is handling his career. In addition to signing with a new label and working on a new album, Shelton said he is taking more “control” over his merchandise that will be available at his shows.
According to Blake, that means he took more creative control in terms of designing his merch. In his own words, he said that what has been available at his concerts over the last few years has been “embarrassing.” So, it looks like he is ready to change that, with a bunch of new designs and offerings.
Blake Shelton Teases New Merch Offerings
Shelton went on to tease some of the items that will be available at his shows, as well as what interested buyers can expect. Blake teased a red cup with the quote: “I Drink. Get Over It.” He also showed off a “featured item.” It’s a shirt with Blake’s face on it, with the words: “I BOUGHT THIS SHIRT FROM BLAKE SHELTON.”
Clearly, his sense of humor carried over when it came to designing these items, and many fans are already loving how simple and straight to the point these new items are.

In addition to sharing a short clip showing off the new merchandise, Blake wrote: “Taking matters into my own hands…. New merch designed by yours truly out now!!! You’re welcome… get yours now! Link in bio.”
