Post Malone spent his holiday season giving back. The Texas native spent Christmas Eve at The Railyard bar in Houston. While there he tipped a bartender a massive amount. The 36-year-old single mom, Renee Brown said that his generous tip changed her life. The mother works hard to support herself and her nine-year-old daughter. Post Malone Gives Large Unexpected Tip
Malone is giving back in his home state. On Christmas Eve he was able to visit a local bar in Houston Texas, and change the life of a bartender there. He offered the employee a massive tip. She is a single mother to a little girl. Renne Brown was working the holiday in order to make ends meet. She has been very vocal about the huge tip and said that it has changed her life.
Malone tipped the bartender at The Railyard $20,000 on Christmas Eve. Renne Brown the recipient said it was a “Christmas miracle.” She continued to praise the country music stars’ actions saying:
“Going into work Christmas Eve, I was so sad I had to leave my baby girl to go to work. Oblivious that God would send me a Christmas miracle, this is hands down the most humble, personable celebrity I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He changed my life on Christmas f—king Eve, and will forever be grateful. Thank you so much, Austin.”
Renee Brown, the recipient of Post Malone’s generous $20,000 tip said that it has enabled her to catch up on her rent, get reliable transportation to work, and save up a little to start her own business. She said that the money has changed her life. Renee said things had been extremely difficult for her lately and she felt truly blessed by the country superstar.
Post Sees Massive Success
Post’s generous tip came shortly after his album F-1 Trillion became certified platinum. Malone’s hit “I Had Some Help” (feat. Morgan Wallen) also spent six weeks at the top of the charts and is certified 5x platinum. In addition the country star collab with Blake Shelton, “Pour Me a Drink,” has also been certified platinum. Post Malone has experienced a massive amount of success.
Post Malone has been nominated for seven trophies at the upcoming Grammy Awards. He was nominated for Best Country Album. In addition, he was nominated for Best Recording Package, Best Country Song, and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for his hit “I Had Some Help.” Given his massive success in the country industry, it is good to see him giving back to others. His choice of a struggling single mother will make a large impact on Renee Brown.
