Trisha Yearwood had a change of pace recently when she stopped in to take the stage in a Nashville cafe. The platinum artist recently took to social media to share what the quaint venue meant to her. Trisha has been in the country music business for over 40 years and has played massive stadiums to sold-out crowds. On February 12, the singer stepped on stage at the intimate Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville, TN. The performance left Yearwood to reflect on the experience.
Trisha Yearwood Gives Intimate Performance At Nashville Cafe
Country music superstar Trisha Yearwood recently played for fans at Nashvilles’s Blue Bird Cafe. On February 12, the country music artist played for an intimate crowd. The performance left Trisha in a reflective mood. She shared with fans what the establishment did to her. She shared that it was a place she felt safe. Yearwood posted to Instagram to share the experience with her fans. She shared a picture of herself rehearsing in the cafe. She is seen amongst empty chairs in a poster-covered room. Trisha captioned her post:
“The @bluebirdcafetn is the place where the songwriter is protected and it feels like the perfect place to be vulnerable. Thanks for letting me share my songs with you. xo, Trisha”

Fans were quick to provide feedback on Yearwood’s post. Fans gushed that her performance was unforgettable, beautiful, funny, and authentic. Yearwood utilized the event to share some new music with fans. She has been working on a new album, which is currently about 75% complete. One fan wrote:

Trisha Makes Major Announcement
The day after Trisha Yearwood performed in Nashville, she took to Instagram to announce some big news. The 60-year-old Grammy Award winner was excited to share with her fans that her performance at the Blue Bird Cafe would not be the only show she does. Trisha revealed that she had some more shows planned. She said:
“I’m so excited to announce that I’m gonna be doing some shows at just a few really cool venues this spring. I’m really excited about it because it’s been a while, and I hope you’ll come hear some of your favorite songs, and some new ones too. I can’t wait. I’ve been busy writing and in the studio and I’m too excited about the new music so I’m hitting the road to share it with you!”

Yearwood went on to reveal that tickets for her new shows would be going on sale on February 21st. Fans were extremely excited to hear Yearwood’s news. Her spring tour will start in Austin, TX, on April 30. She will continue to perform in San Antonio, Grand Prairie, Stillwater, OK, New York City, as well as Glenside, PA. Trisha will end her spring show dates on May 17 in Lancaster, PA. Trisha Yearwood is sure to have a great spring!
