Riley Green Praises Megan Moroney
Riley Green and Megan Moroney performed the song “Don’t Mind If I Do” together at a concert in Hollywood, Florida, in November 2024. Moroney sang Ella Langley’s part in the song.
Both singers were featured on Brooks & Dunn’s Reboot II album. Riley Green joined the duo for “She Used To Be Mine.” Meanwhile, Megan Moroney is featured on their song “Ain’t Nothing ’bout You.” Morgan Wallen, who Megan Moroney once dated, also featured on the album.
Riley Green admitted recently on the In The Blind podcast that his contribution wasn’t his favorite on the Brooks & Dunn album. Megan Moroney’s was his favorite track. “I wish I would’ve done that, but it’s so hard to take something that was already right, and make it your own or try to make it better,” he said about performing “Ain’t Nothing ’bout You.”
However, he said that Megan Moroney killed it. “It’s probably a little easier for her – somebody a little more talented vocally than I am, but that’s a tough thing to go do,” he gushed.
Brooks & Dunn Singer Shocked By Megan Moroney’s Voice
Riley Green isn’t the only one impressed by Megan Moroney’s vocal talents. She toured with Brooks & Dunn for two years. But according to Kix Dunn, she sang on the album like he’d never heard before.
“[Megan] was out touring with us for two years I think, and we never heard that voice come out of her — that sultry, sexy voice,” says Brooks. “It felt like she’d been up on a three-day bender smoking Camel cigarettes. They’d already kind of had that idea and sort of had all that worked up,” – Kix Dunn, PEOPLE magazine.
He Addresses Dating Rumors
Country music fans think there’s more than just mutual admiration between Riley Green and Megan Moroney. The two sparked dating rumors last month. Fans were convinced that the pair were on a romantic vacation together. So, are they dating?
Green directly addressed the rumors on the podcast. According to him, they aren’t dating. He said it was an easy question to answer. The “There Was This Girl” singer said that he was “pretty damn” single.
He was last linked to Sophia Sansone when they attended the CMT Awards together in 2022. They were allegedly engaged before splitting. He said in early 2024 that Jennifer Aniston was his celebrity crush.

Taste of Country called the singer one of country’s most eligible bachelors but he denied it and explained why he’s still single. “I’m pretty ineligible in the sense of how busy I am on the road. I think that’s why it’s so tough to settle down.”
