With the devastating wildfires that have led to immeasurable damage all across Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, Chris Stapleton and his wife, Morgane, are doing what they can to help. In fact, Stapleton recently made a huge donation to help victims, and to help with the overall relief effort. So, what do we know?
California Wildfires Have Devastated Many Lives
Much of Southern California has been scorched as a result of the devastating wildfires that have made their way through Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. The economic and environmental impact of this devastation is hard to measure, as many have lost not just their homes and pets, but even their lives.
Based on the latest estimates, it has been reported that more than twenty people have lost their lives as a result of these devastating fires. As communities struggle to contain the damage, Chief Meteorologist Jon Porter recently estimated that the total damage from the fires is between $250B to $275B.
Chris Stapleton Makes Generous Donation To Help With Relief Effort
Since the fires first broke out, there have been various GoFundMe pages and more set up to give victims aid. Many celebrities are also reaching into their pockets to do what they can to help. One of those famous faces who recently decided to do this was Chris Stapleton.
The popular “White Horse” singer, along with his wife, Morgane Stapleton, generously donated $1M to help victims, and to help with the overall relief effort. The couple’s foundation, Outlaw State of Kind, recently announced on social media that they would be donating $1M to help those affected.
The official Instagram page of the organization said: “Outlaw State of Kind has donated $1 million to support national and local organizations providing wildfire relief in Los Angeles. Join us in supporting however you can. Link in bio.”

Stapleton Fans React With Kind Words Following Huge Donation
Chris Stapleton is one of the biggest names in music today, and he has come a long way in his career to be able to give back in this fashion. The fact that he and his wife are willing to part with such a large sum of cash to help victims is something that a lot of people are taking the time to thank the husband and wife for.
