Morgan Wallen puts on one of the best shows in the business every single time he takes the stage. With that being the case, his fans were angry recently over ticket prices to see one of his popular shows. So, what are fans saying, and how much is it going to cost to see the singer perform live?
Morgan Wallen Concerts Are A Hot Ticket
When you fill up venues and sell out stadiums the way that Morgan Wallen does, simple supply and demand suggests that it’s well within reason to charge premium ticket prices for a premium performer. As fans have also seen, Wallen gives back when he can through his foundation as well.
Even so, that still has not stopped some potential concert-goers from groaning over ticket prices to see Wallen in concert. Wallen recently wrapped up his hugely successful One Night At A Time Tour, and it saw him play countless venues, both stateside and internationally.
Wallen Fans Upset Over The Cost Of Tickets, How Much Are They?
With so many Morgan Wallen fans upset over ticket prices to go see him in concert, the natural question becomes: How much are tickets to go see the “Whiskey Glasses” singer live? According to a recent fan who was understandably upset, the listener went on to say that a pair of general admission tickets to see Wallen live came out to $670 before taxes and fees.
As another example, tickets to see Morgan play his June 20 concert at NRG Stadium in Houston with Corey Kent and Koe Wetzel will run you anywhere from $151 to $161 for basic seats, not even in premium tier placement. So, that is at least more than $300 for a pair of tickets as a base, without any taxes or processing fees.
Morgan Wallen Fans Express Outrage Over Ticket Pricing ‘Insanity’
As much as people are big fans of Morgan Wallen, many are refusing to reach into their wallets for these big prices. Recently, many fans railed against this ticket “robbery” that many see as both unjust and completely unfair, and many were not shy about expressing their opinions.
- One commenter said: “$670 for regular GA at face value is literal insanity. Im genuinely so upset rn lol, concerts are supposed to be fun and exciting but by the time i pay taxes and fees I’m paying damn near $800💀💀 that’s all I can think about rn, this is robbery.”
- Another commenter chimed in, adding: “If we keep buying they’ll keep selling at this price. Sadly someone is always gonna pay.”
- A third person chimed in, adding: “Artists do have a say in their pricing. So yeah it is his fault. They also have the choice to opt into platinum tickets and demand pricing.”
