Miranda Lambert moves from rural 400-acre Tennessee estate
Fans have come to adore the house with the “magic porch.” Miranda Lambert purchased her 400-acre property outside of Nashville in 2015. While the exact address isn’t known, the compound is about an hour south of Nashville, Tennessee. Seemingly, this purchase came as a result of her divorce from Blake Shelton. Now, it seems like that up until recently, she was living on the beautiful property with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin.
Astoundingly, the $3.4 million property includes three residences, a horse barn, and a lake with a boathouse. As far as details for the main house go, it has 3,544-square-feet of living space. From what fans can see from Miranda Lambert’s home by way of the country star’s Instagram, the main house has farmhouse-style amenities. These amenities include a large farms-style kitchen, several living rooms, a dining area, and a number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The ‘Bluebird’ singer and her husband move to a modern mansion home in Nashville, Tennessee
Now, The Boot reports that Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin are building a new home. Furthermore, the outlet reports that the new house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The Boot also describes the house as a “very modern 5,800-square-feet.”
While some express concern that Miranda Lambert won’t have a “magic porch” anymore, the songstress confirms that there isn’t any cause for concern. “I’ve moved, and I’m creating a new magic porch.” She also expresses another concern people seem to have about her moving. That’s where is she going to put her Grammy. Which, given the couple’s current living arrangements, seems like a valid concern. “We’re building a house, so we’re living in a little cabin out back of the house,” shares Miranda.
