Zach Bryan Compliments Summer Rios’ On America’s Got Talent
Summer Rios is a nineteen-year-old from Brunswick, Ohio. She is currently a manager at Pizza Hut but has dreams of becoming a singer. Being on a show like America’s Got Talent is a great start. Earlier this week she got the opportunity to show off her singing, not only to the judges and audience but also to the viewers watching her on tv. This will help her become more known, besides having a large following on social media.
When it was Summer Rios’ time to come on the stage, she expressed how she was nervous. She said, “I haven’t really performed, so I’m trying to make music a thing and try to put myself out there and not have so much anxiety”. Summer is determined to fulfill her dreams of becoming a singer, to help her stop her current job. Summer explained further, “I’m working a lot of mornings to closings, trying to still pay bills and stuff, and I’m hoping that this will get me out of pizza cutting and pizza making”. For her performance, she chose a Zach Bryan song titled, “Something in The Orange.”
After her performance was over, she received a standing ovation from judges Heidi Klum and Sofia Vergara. Howie Mandel, another judge on the show, told Summer, she should be singing more instead of slicing pizza. When it comes to Simon Cowell, he is known for his harsh judging. However, he had only things to say about Summer Rios. He said, “What a great, great choice of song”. But he didn’t stop there. He went on to say, “I think every single person in this room wanted you to do well. We all like you”. Coming from Simon this compliment is a huge deal.

Due to her amazing vocals, she received all four yes votes from the judges. Summer also gained attention from Zach Bryan. The country singer whose song she used for her performance. He wrote on America’s Got Talent TikTok post saying, “You sang this so much more beautifully than I ever could, thank you and it’s yours now”. This has to be a very exciting moment for Summer.
