Chris Stapleton is country royalty these days, as the well-traveled journeyman paid his dues. Now, after all the hard work he has put in to get to the top, he can afford to branch out into other avenues to further build his brand. Indeed, based on the latest updates from the White Horse hitmaker, he is ready to fire away at something new. So, what’s the scoop?
Chris Stapleton The King Of Country With Release Of Higher
With his latest album, Higher, Chris Stapleton continues to prove why he is rightfully at the top among country artists today. Stapleton’s blend of country, rock, blues, and soul is unlike anything else out right now. For the last decade or so, Chris Stapleton has been a hit-making machine.
Still, no matter how many top singles he writes, he always comes back with a sound that is new and refreshing, and his most recent release serves as a prime example of that. Almost a decade after the release of his solo album in 2015, Chris Stapleton has proven that everything he touches turns to gold, or in some cases, platinum. From the looks of it, he has a lot more where that came from to boot.
Chris Stapleton Proves Why He Belongs Among The Greats
Chris Stapleton released his fifth studio album, Higher, in November 2023. Even though Stapleton has been in regular rotation for years, many call his latest effort his best work yet. Of course, there was a lot of buzz when he performed his lead single, White Horse, at the most recent CMA’s.
Stapleton is the kind of artist who delivers live performances that are even better than the studio version. Depending on who you ask, many agree that Chris rode in on his “white horse” to single-handedly breathe new life into country music. From the looks of it, he seems to have no problem carrying that mantle.
Tennessee Whiskey Singer Branching Out With New Business
As if topping the charts were not enough, Chris Stapleton isn’t stopping there. According to the latest updates, he is branching out into a brand new business venture with his very own whiskey.
In collaboration with Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, Stapleton now has a premium brand of whiskey. Appropriately named Traveller Whiskey (after his debut solo record released in 2015), it is the end result of countless hours of tasting and tweaking to come up with the ideal blend.
To Stapleton, this new partnership is a “bucket list scenario” for him. As of January 1, 2024, this signature Traveller Whiskey is widely available, with a taste that offers notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, among others.

On top of that, with an average retail price of $39.99 a bottle, you can have a premium product at an affordable price. So, much like Chris Stapleton and his music, his premium brand of spirits is easily accessible.
