Lou Lou

The loss of Louise, AKA Lou Lou, happened just this week. Miranda Lambert revealed that she rescued Louise and her sister, Thelma, in 2016. Yesterday we said goodbye to the fluffiest most protective gal pal I could ever ask for,” the singer shared on social media.

Lambert reflected on the first time she took Thelma and Louise to her farm in Tennessee. I have mini horses, chickens and goats and I needed them for protection for the critters. And boy did they do the job.”

Thelma passed away last year, but the singer was grateful for her time with the bonded sisters. The Pyrenees have stolen my heart all the way. Loving, kind , patient , aware , protective and fighters till the end. I hope to be more like them everyday.”
