Maren Morris Flashes Her Crotch During Concert
Maren Morris has been in the headlines a lot in the last few years, but rarely for her music. She abruptly filed for divorce from her husband of five years, Ryan Hurd, in 2023. Their divorce was finalized earlier this year.
She also made waves by feuding with Jason Aldean’s wife over an alleged transphobic tweet. The “My Church” singer went viral in July for showing a little too much skin. Maren Morris was among the performers at the annual Willie Nelson’s Picnic. The concert was held in New Jersey.
Maren Morris took the stage in a long denim skirt with a slit up to her thigh and a black halter top. As she was moving around the stage, the slit in the skirt seemingly showed her lady parts.

She Explains What Really Happened
Was the wardrobe malfunction an accident or a publicity stunt? Shortly after the incident, she took to social media to poke fun at herself. She shared a TikTok video of her looking around nonchalantly while Cardi B. and Megan Thee Stallion’s song “WAP” played.
“I think I’ll frame the skirt,” she captioned the TikTok.
She recently took part in Cosmopolitan‘s Cheap Shots social media series, where celebs either answer questions or take a drink. Maren Morris was asked about whether the incident with the dress was manufactured for a publicity stunt or an accident.
The singer shut down speculation that the wardrobe malfunction was a publicity stunt by confessing that the outfit was actually her backup option. She had a wardrobe malfunction with her original outfit choice and changed into the now-infamous denim maxi skirt.
She recalled specifically thinking that she had to make sure to wear underwear with the denim skirt. According to Maren Morris, she was wearing underwear and not going commando like the video appeared to show.
But she admitted that the underwear was nude in color, giving the impression that she wasn’t wearing any underwear. The singer joked that, in hindsight, she wished she had worn dayglo underwear instead.
Maren Morris also dished on using dating apps after her divorce and whether she regretted her feud with Brittany Aldean.
