Shocking Way Jelly Roll Preps For Each Show
Jelly Roll is a fun and giving man and performer. He likes to give back no matter where he goes and that is one of his many charms. Jelly has never forgotten where he came from or how hard he worked to achieve what he has. He was arrested a multitude of times and was even incarcerated when his daughter, Bailee, was born. Though he could have continued down a negative path, he saw a better life for himself. When he met his now-wife, Bunnie XO, they were two people with a dream and a five-year plan.
It has now been eight years since they tied the knot and they have crushed every obstacle in front of them. Due to that, Jelly makes sure to let others know that there is light at the end of any tunnel. Over the last year, Jelly has worked on bettering himself. He ran his first 5K and lost around 70 pounds. This has inspired him to keep on his fitness journey, especially with his massive tour ahead of him. That being said, he just shared how he gets ready for each show.

According to Taste of Country, he is very mindful and health-conscious before each performance which has helped him immensely:
I’ll eat two bananas and then I’ll do a little boxing workout for 15, 20 minutes. I’m already kinda sweatin’ and ready to f–king roll, baby. I’ve never [taken] anything more serious than I’ve [taken] this tour.
Jelly also brought a sauna and a cold plunge along with him on this tour which has helped him to both relax and loosen up pre-show.
