Jelly Roll is currently in the midst of his Beautifully Broken Tour and he just hit New Orleans. While he made a stop at the Smoothie King Center on Saturday, September 14th, Jelly took the time to share tales and live it up in the Big Easy. Yet, he did not do it in the most traditional way. Jelly Roll Lives It Up In New Orleans
Every place that Jelly Roll has gone on his Beautifully Broken Tour has more than embraced him. They appreciate his charitable efforts and how he gives back without even thinking. He stops by prisons to inspire inmates that there is light at the end of the tunnel since he was once in their position. Plus, he helps those who are at the end of their lives, gives to child entrepreneurs, and just wants to make the world a better place. People feel that and are so excited to share their world with him.
He recently stopped in New Orleans for his tour and shared that, one night, on a previous visit, he and his wife, Bunnie XO stayed out too late partying. They proceeded to stumble into a tattoo shop and that was allegedly when Jelly got the infamous cross on his face. It is a noticeable marking that he may love or hate but it is a part of him. He shared this tale on Instagram as he documented his time in NOLA. Then, it showed him running up and down the stairs of the venue.

This is Jelly’s routine to get ready for every show including a cold plunge. He even threw some boxing into the mix as his single, “Liar” played over. Then, custom Mardi Gras masks were shown that had been handmade for Jelly and Bunnie, which were absolutely stunning. He was thrilled to receive them and, for after the show, a healthy gumbo was being prepared. This was an amazing experience, quite different from stumbling into a tattoo shop but filled with love and gratitude. He concluded his time with puppies and what is better than that?

There was so much praise, that one fan suggested he should be the Super Bowl headliner. That would be an amazing time but for now, he is happy with puppies, masks, and healthy gumbo.
