Jelly Roll Passes 100-Lb Weight Loss, Reveals Secret
Jelly Roll is in the middle of his Beautifully Broken Tour but he isn’t letting that get in the way of his health. He took to Instagram earlier this week to share the shocking news that he’s dropped 100 pounds. How did he do it?
The popular singer enlisted nutritionist and chef Ian Larios to help him lose the weight. In addition to eating healthier, Jelly Roll shared that he’s been working out by playing basketball, boxing, and of course, performing on stage.
The famed chef has created healthy snacks and post-show meals for the “Need a Favor” singer. He upgraded the singer’s pre-show snack of a banana by adding “Manuka honey, Stevia, and dark chocolate shavings,” according to PEOPLE magazine.
Ian Larios also shared healthier versions of french fries and Nashville hot chicken using potato flour and rice flour. You can see his cooking methods in the video below.
