Zach Bryan Changes His Story

Zach Bryan wrote the song “28”. Fans always thought it was for Bri as she has the saying “How lucky are we?” tattooed. When Zach originally let fans know why he wrote the song, he gave this story:

“Boston, our puppy was going into surgery, and I told Brianna, “How lucky are we?” to have -had- a puppy so beautiful, and she came out of it just fine; I wrote it the next day because I felt like the luckiest man on the planet.”

Fans thought this was sweet at the time. However, when he was about to play the song at a recent concert, he changed the story completely.

“I wrote this song because one night I and all the boys were bowling in New York City, and I felt lucky to have each and every one of them. And I was so glad to be alive, I wrote a song called ’28.’”

Fans did not appreciate him doing this. They also know that Brianna has had her tattoo for longer than she has known Zach.

It seems that he did not want to continuously talk about the time he and Bri thought they might lose Boston. However, fans think it is odd that he is completely changing the story. They wish he would have just stopped explaining why he wrote the song. He could have just sung it and not lied. Fans feel like he is trying to gaslight them into believing something different.
