Turning Point USA Hosts Own Halftime Show
Charlie Kirk was one of the founders of Turning Point USA. However, after his assassination, they have been doing things without him. This year, they did not like that Bad Bunny was the halftime show. So, they took it into their own hands and made their own. It featured Kid Rock, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barrett. However, a lot of people did not approve of this as it was bringing politics into the NFL. Regardless, some watched Bad Bunny, and some watched the country artists.
Zach Bryan Calls Out Kid Rock & Show As ‘Embarrassing’
Zach Bryan has called out Kid Rock and the Turning Point USA halftime show. He made a joke about it on his Instagram Story. However, he then received some hate comments about it all. Zach then replied:
“I don’t care what side you’re on, a bunch of adults throwing temper tantrums and their own halftime show is embarrassing as hell and the most cringe s— on the planet”
A lot of people agreed with Zach. This is not something they have done before, and a lot of people thought it shouldn’t have been done. Regardless, the artists are getting backlash on their own for doing it. However, it is also now by their fellow country stars. Fans are shocked to see all of this happening.
It seems as though Zach was not a fan of the alternative halftime show. He was not supportive of it and thought it was ridiculous. A lot of people respected his opinion and agreed with him. However, there were some who thought he should not have said that. A lot of people were upset about the alternative halftime show. However, it was a personal opinion at that point.
