Kane Brown is one of the hottest country singers in the world. Moreover, he blows up the charts like wildfire. So, why does he feel so “lonely,” and who are the few friends in the industry whom he can count on? Keep reading for more details on what he had to say.
Kane Brown Admits He’s ‘Lonely’
It’s hard to think of someone so popular in the country world as “lonely.” They are surrounded by fans and friends, employees, and family. However, in the case of Kane Brown, that is not what his life is like. He has been married to Katelyn Brown since 2018, and they have three children: Kodi, Krewe, and Kingsley. Moreover, he is going on tour for some of the summer, so he has quite a packed schedule. At the same time, he has confessed that he is “lonely” in his life.
The singer shared that he does not have fellow country friends in the industry. However, he does have sports people who are there for him, but this is just how his life has always been:
I feel like I have more athlete friends than I do musician friends. I feel alone in the music world.
That is sad to say, especially since the thirty-two-year-old seems to be filled with so much love and joy. Fortunately, Kane did share that he has a few country friends by his side who keep him going. Moreover, they are well-known names, so that has to help balance out some of the loneliness:
Morgan [Wallen] probably texts me the most. Shaboozey, Chris Young. If I hit [Jason] Aldean up, Aldean’s been my guy.
That definitely helps Kane Brown when he attends big events or award shows, which he does frequently. Yet, he makes something very clear: he has many fellow artists that he could message, but he does not want to text someone just to say he can do that. Rather, he wants to have tight bonds with those in his life:
There’s other artists I could text, but [there’s a] difference from…texting somebody and being boys with somebody. Because they’re the only people I can really relate to, you know what I’m saying? When you don’t have somebody you can talk to about that, and have a [brotherhood] over it, I don’t know if I could really say that we’re friends.
People Love Kane
Even if he does not have an incredible amount of friends in his industry, people love Kane Brown. They appreciate what a family man he is and how much he adores his wife and children. Moreover, they are flocking to his upcoming shows and all of his music:
