Lainey Wilson’s Husband Had Friends Who Wanted Something Special

Devlin ‘Duck’ Hodges came from the professional football world when he met Lainey Wilson in 2021. They began dating and got married in 2026 at a sweet ceremony and have been happy ever since. Yet, Duck’s friends have been invested in a special perk of Lainey’s lifestyle, and that is her famous and beautiful friends.
One friend in particular is Ella Langley. Duck shared this on the Game Runs Deep podcast, and how his friends seemed to believe he had the hookup once he got with Lainey. It was not just that she ran in the same circle, but that he landed someone like Lainey. Therefore, if he could do it, then they for sure could as well:
Some of my friends, they’ll get with me, and they’ll be like, ‘Dude, set me up with Ella, or set me up with somebody.’ And I felt bad because I gave all these guys false hope that if I did it, they can do it.
She has been linked to several men, such as Riley Green, who had dated Megan Moroney. There is nothing wrong with shooting their shot. After all, Lainey Wilson and Duck Hodges are living their best lives.
A Laughable Situation
Some followers had to laugh when Duck Hodges was billed as a professional football player. However, this backs his statement that if he could land someone like Lainey Wilson, then anyone could succeed.
