It seems like ever since Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani noticeably flirt with each other on The Voice back in 2015, fans can’t seem to get enough of this couple. Excitingly, Blake finally pops the question this past October. However, Blake and Gwen keep fans on the edge of their seats waiting for a wedding date announcement. Honorably, the couple wants to wait until things calm down with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani in Los Angeles

Previously, Country Music Alley reports that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani moved into their new ‘family home’ in Los Angeles. According to Talent Recap, this happens after Gwen Stefani sells the home she shared with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale. Notably, this home sells for an astounding $21.65 million.

It seems like, after that, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani go on to purchase 13,000 square foot home with a home theater and an outdoor kitchen and bar. This home reportedly cost the duo $13.2 million. Without a doubt, this real estate purchase makes sense for a couple of reasons. The first being that since it’s in Los Angeles, it makes things easier for Gwen to co-parent her three children with Gavin Rossdale. Also, Gwen and Blake film The Voice in Los Angeles.

The Couple and Oklahoma

However, it seems like the couple spends a lot of time at Blake Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma. Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, Gwen and her boys have been staying with Blake at his home in Oklahoma. According to US Weekly Gwen wanted to move back to Los Angeles at the beginning of the school year. However, due to coronavirus, the kids are homeschooling that year. Fans also remember that Blake proposes to Gwen in a chapel he built on his ranch. Notably, Gwen seems to love this property. She says it’s “a little bit simpler of a life that I didn’t even know existed.”

Additionally, Talent Recap shares that Blake Shelton “has a waterside property by Lake Texhoma.” This property is about an hour away from the ranch. Other details about this property include the fact that it was “built in a Hawaiian style.” Reportedly, Blake and Gwen have been splitting their time in Oklahoma between the two properties.
