Gwen Stefani has been in the public eye for decades. When you’ve been around that long, it’s natural to change your appearance as you age. However, according to a recent before and after pic of the No Doubt singer, many fans think she has had some work done, even though she vehemently denies it.
Gwen Stefani Started With No Doubt In The 1980s
No Doubt formed all the way back in 1986 in Anaheim, California. At the time, Gwen Stefani was still a teenager. So, with the advantage of youth on her side, she had no business even thinking about needing cosmetic work back then, let alone actually going through with it.
By the time No Doubt released the album that really put them on the map (Tragic Kingdom) in 1995, Gwen Stefani was thrust into the stratosphere when it came to fame and popularity. Given the time period, it wasn’t all that common for an enigmatic woman to front a world-famous rock band. In that sense, Stefani certainly made her mark, as a talented singer, songwriter, performer, and all-around sex symbol.

By the time Gwen Stefani launched her solo career in 2004, the plastic surgery speculation soon followed. By this point in time, Stefani was in her mid-30s. In the years that followed, she changed up her style, her appearance, and started to do away with a lot of the things that garnered her a following in the first place.
Little by little, her longtime fans began to notice that, not only was she doing different things, she was also looking completely different as well. Indeed, if you compare what she looked like in her early days with No Doubt with what she looks like now, many of her fans agree that she looks like a completely different person.

No Doubt Singer Denies Plastic Surgery But Fans Don’t Buy It
Over the years, Gwen Stefani has denied having plastic surgery. However, according to a recent TMZ poll, the vast majority of readers don’t buy it. In fact, of the 18,901 readers that took the poll at the time of this writing, 70 percent believe that Gwen has gone under the knife for some nip, some tuck, and more.
That leaves only 30 percent of readers who believe that Gwen Stefani has aged naturally over the years. Even though there is a divide when it comes to this issue, it’s clear that the vast majority believe that Gwen has had work done, whether she admits to it or not.
