Maren Morris had baby Hayes Andrew four months ago and is still receiving special gifts. However, one special gift came from country artist Miranda Lambert. Morris revealed that Lambert gifted her and her son matching denim jackets. The jackets both had their names embroidered and a glittery fringe on the back.
The country artist wrote, “Oh my god. Okay. @mirandalambert you give the best gifts,” along with a photo of the side-by-side jackets. Maren Morris, 30, shared a photo of dad Ryan Hurd, 33, holding Hayes sporting his new outfit.
Maren Morris Baby Is Love Of Our Lives
Maren Morris and Hurd welcomed Hayes on March 23. “Love of our lives,” Morris captioned a gallery of the newborn on Instagram. Including the country star holding her sleeping son while in a Nashville hospital bed and a shot of smiling baby daddy Hurd holding baby Hayes.
The new family of three was planning to be at home getting to know their new little bundle of joy. Therefore, they have been in self-quarantine in Nashville. Maren Morris husband Ryan is a country artist as well which gave the two some much needed time off.
Life Is Different Right Now
Maren Morris husband Hurd told People in May, “Life isn’t that different from the way that we planned it, to be honest. We were going to be off the road right now,” the singer-songwriter, who recently released his new single “Every Other Memory.”
“It’s a little harder because we can’t really have anybody over to see our baby. I feel like we’re very blessed in that we have avoided a lot of hardships that other artists have had to face. Because we haven’t had to really cancel many shows,” Ryan said. “We’re really lucky to just be here learning how to be a family of three. It’s been really an amazing time in our lives.”
“The whole first month has sort of been making sure that her relationship with this kid is rock solid and making sure that he’s supported.” Maren Morris’ husband also commented on daddy duties and said, “I change a lot of diapers, and I keep my hands constantly busy cleaning or making bottles and stuff like that.” Hurd continued, “It’s mostly just made me hyper-aware of my responsibility to the two of them. But I don’t feel like a different human. I still talk to my friends every day and have all my hobbies and still love my work. There’s just another part of the equation now.”
Apparently, the internet trolls have mom shamed Maren Morris. Because she’s a new mom she’s also learning. Morris decided recently that keeping her son off of social media was best for her family. That’s what any good parent would do to keep her family safe.
