She released her debut album Blue in 1996 and sky-rocketed to fame. Her discography features something every couple of years. Not only that, her filmography is just as lengthy. LeAnn Rimes get ‘super toned abs’ by working out in her dressing room

Yahoo! recently reports on LeAnn Rimes “super toned abs.” Additionally, they were able to catch details of Rimes’ “do-anywhere workout” from her Instagram Stories. At 38, apparently all it takes is a few minutes in a dressing room with minimal equipment. For example, she takes a jump rope with her everywhere she goes. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” LeAnn shares with Us Weekly.

While Yahoo! reports that LeAnn works out four days a week, she is “always prepared to squeeze in a bodyweight workout.” An example is listed below.

  • pushups with side twists
  • leg lifts with weighted ball slams
  • tricep dips in a chair
  • reverse squats with rear foot elevated on armchair while hold weighted ball on shoulders

Other exercises and how the country star eats

Notably, LeAnn Rimes and her bikini selfies show off a figure that may remind some people of Carrie Underwood. Consequently, bodyweight workouts aren’t the only exercises LeAnn does to maintain her figure. For example, she details a “tight tush Tuesday” workout on her blog. However, when it comes to maintaining her toned physique, LeAnn Rimes recognizes that it takes more than working out. She speaks with Women’s Health about the choices she makes when it comes to eating. LeAnn explains that she “tries to find balance between healthy eating and having other food.” “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese,” explains LeAnn.
