Before Kelly Clarkson moves her daytime talk show to NYC from California, she had one big stop to make. She is doing a handful of dates in Las Vegas and fans are going crazy for it. Since it is unclear when or if she will do a full-on tour again, this is the next best thing. She is officially divorced from her husband, Brandon Blackstock, and is singing songs that are empowering to her. Plus, she is not straying from slamming her ex at the same time. Now it seems that with all of her fans going crazy for Kelly, she may have some that are using her as a hall pass.

According to Page Six, a fan let her know that she was their hall pass. Kelly Clarkson was performing at Planet Hollywood and then a particular sign caught her eye. It read: “My girlfriend gave me a hall pass for you” but it was being held up by a woman. To that, Kelly had this to say: “If I was into chicks, I’d take up the offer. I just unfortunately like d—ks.”

Of course, this just made her more likable and relatable so they started tweeting about it. One fan wrote: “Kelly and I have *soo much* in common. Another added, comically: “Kelly, I’m sure we can work out a mutually satisfying situation.” Finally, one noted: “hahaha popstars, they’re just like us! I am loving the fact that Kelly Clarkson in her 40s is more unfiltered than ever congrats on the successful residency.”

All The Moments

Even though this was a great moment for Kelly Clarkson, fans obviously enjoy hearing all of her hits. Plus, they have become obsessed with her new song which slams her ex-husband using the alphabet. All around, this is turning out to be an amazing residency. Hopefully, it will make her want to make time to get back out on the road again because her fans absolutely adore her.
