Jelly Roll brought attention to a Nashville restaurant after a holiday snafu on his part. The superstar seemingly forgot to grab the pans of dressing/stuffing from his spot. That was when his plea went viral and the restaurant blew up. Read on for more details.
Jelly Roll Brings Attention To Restaurant After Holiday Snafu
The day before Thanksgiving, Jelly Roll sent out an SOS on TikTok. He had forgotten to get the stuffing for the holiday from Barr’s Music City Soul Food. Jelly offered 1K for two trays of this amazing dressing as he not only loved it but knew his wife, Bunnie XO, would be mad. Thankfully, the guys down at the restaurant saw his plea and hooked him up, making a duet follow-up video. There were even comments left on the original video about fans calling the restaurant. Immediately, the staff asked if they were calling in regards to Jelly. They were really helping him out.

Now it appears that this snafu has helped Barr’s in more ways than one. First off, they got 1K from Jelly but now, they are blowing up from the attention he brought them. According to Whiskey Riff, the restaurant has made headlines for Jelly’s love of their food. They even filmed themselves prepping as the news was set to come by to watch Jelly’s arrival to snatch up his holiday fixings.

Due to Jelly’s plea, they apparently got around 200 phone calls, asking to help Jelly Roll make his Thanksgiving special. Unfortunately, the restaurant was waiting for his arrival which never actually happened.
Someone Had To Save Jelly
Why couldn’t Jelly come by and get the dressing himself? He was apparently in the studio so he had to send someone in his place. However, he did take the time to thank them for what they did for him. Now, the expectation is that Barr’s will be packed based on Jelly’s personal recommendation. Plus, the fact that he dropped 1K on this dressing is a testament to how amazing their food has to be.
