Still, Gwen and Blake could not deny their chemistry and let their romance gradually unfold. They ended up tying the knot in the summer of 2021 but since then, things have been less than perfect.

She has had to adapt to his country lifestyle when she is a California girl at heart. This has caused a bit of a rift plus Gwen adores the spotlight which has just become evermore evident. Gwen was supposed to be in Nashville for New Year’s Eve where Blake was performing. However, she was offered the chance to be in Las Vegas so she took the opportunity. She reasoned that he would be working so why shouldn’t she? She shared this: “Well, it’s funny because I was going to be at his show, and then Vegas called and wanted me to be in Vegas.”
