Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s marriage seems to be in rocky waters. The two of them have been spending an odd amount of time apart the last few months. This resulted in the couple even spending New Year’s Eve in different time zones. Now, it seems Gwen is staying home while Blake makes the most of his time.
Water Under The Bridge
It seems as though Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been having some marriage problems. According to The U.S. Sun, an inside source thinks they are drifting apart.
“Lately, they’ve been at odds about everything from career decisions and the parenting of her three boys to where they spend most of their time. The tension continues to grow, and Blake and Gwen are drifting apart as a result.”
When two busy celebrities decide to have a relationship, they know they will both have to make time for the other regardless of their busy schedules. Maybe the busyness has just gotten to them, and they are not sure how to make time for each other anymore.
Blake Shelton Hanging Out With Female Friends
While Gwen was at home, Blake was hanging out with his female friends filming Barmageddon. Gwen Stefani posted on her Instagram story a picture of a PR package that was in her bathroom.
While Gwen was at home posting the cute new products she had received, Blake was away partying on his show. Blake was pictured with Nikki Glaser and Nikki Garcia. However, Blake did not have a cup in his hand. Blake Shelton admitted that he was trying to cut back or quit alcohol.
“I haven’t managed to stop drinking yet. That’s been, you know, even cutting back has been hard.”
Why is the country singer trying to drink less? Could this be something to do with his marriage problems? Regardless, he is opening a country music bar in Las Vegas, Nevada. He wants singers to have other places to go other than Nashville, Tennesse. It seems even while hosting a drinking show, he has been able to keep some control and not drink alongside them.
