Kelsea Ballerini recently spoke out about her reaction to losing Best Country Album at the Grammy’s to Lainey Wilson. Fans thought she looked mad or upset after losing the Grammy award to Lainey. However, it is reasonable to be bummed out on losing such a big award. However, she let fans know her true feelings and how she truly felt.

Kelsea Ballerini has had a rough time when it comes to marriage. However, she wrote her best album because of everything she went through and her way of being vulnerable. Kelsea was married to Morgan Evans, but the marriage was not all happy. This led to Kelsea letting fans into how she felt during her marriage and divorce. She has had a lot of people relate to her and her songwriting. Ballerini did mention she wrote this album for herself and it needed to be done and she did not expect the feedback she received. However, she is now glowing and in a happy relationship with actor Chase Stokes. They have been together a little over a year after she slid into his DM’s.

True Meaning Of Her Reaction
The country singer let fans know what her reaction at the Grammy’s was about. Kelsea missed the red carpet due to traffic and the storm that moved in.
“Ohhhh yall, You can be bummed for your loss and happy for somebody else’s win at the same time. Two things can be true and both hold valid and valuable space. The face reading and reaction analysis is unnecessary and hurtful to everyone. A woman’s win is a team win. Write about that instead?”
Fans understood where she was coming from. She just lost a big award; she is allowed to have feelings. However, she was not being a sore loser, she was genuinely happy for Lainey.

While Kelsea did admit to being bummed, but this is reasonable. She is allowed to be upset about losing such a big award. However, she was still pumped for Lainey Wilson and her big win. She made sure fans knew a woman winning the award was a win in itself. The women dominated the Grammy’s this year and that is a big win for women.
