Country music icon Reba McEntire is set to dazzle millions at Super Bowl LVIII. How much will she get paid for her performance? The answer may surprise you! Keep reading for all the details.
What To Expect From Super Bowl LVIII
The NFL playoffs kicked off in mid-January with 14 teams hoping to make it to the Super Bowl. After knocking out the Detroit Lions, the San Francisco 49ers will face the Kansas City Chiefs for the big game.
The Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens 17-10 to earn their spot in the 2024 Super Bowl.
Celebrity sleuths expect singer Taylor Swift to attend to support her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. R&B legend Usher will perform at the coveted halftime show.
Despite internet rumors, Jason Aldean won’t perform that National Anthem to start the game. Famed country singer Reba McEntire will be the one singing “The Star-Spangled Banner.”
Rapper Post Malone will perform “America the Beautiful,” and Audra Day will grace the crowd with a performance of “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”

The show will again include ASL performances of each rendition. Daniel Durant will sign the National Anthem. Anjel Piñero will sign “America the Beautiful,” and Shaheem Sanchez will sign “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”
Maybe CBS will show the ASL performances on television this year.
This year’s game takes place at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. Super Bowl LVIII begins on Sunday, February 11, at 6 p.m. Eastern on CBS and Paramount+.
How Much Will Reba McEntire Get Paid For Super Bowl Gig?

Nothing.
That’s right – none of the Super Bowl performers will rake in any cash for performing at the annual event. Instead, they make bank on the exposure.

Billboard reports, for example, that 2018 halftime performer Justin Timberlake saw an enormous 534% increase in music sales.
But don’t feel too sorry for Reba McEntire. The singer returns to her acting roots with a new sitcom in the works with NBC. She previously starred on the show Reba from 2001 to 2007.
Many fans of the show are hoping Melissa Peterman will join the new sitcom. If you missed the show or need a refresher, Reba is available to stream on Hulu.
