Country music artist Lauren Alaina shared with fans on July 24 that she lost her dad the night before. She canceled three of her shows so she could go home to be with her family as they mourned their father. Now, she’s speaking out for the first time about her loss. Lauren Alaina Speaks Out After Sad Death
Country star Lauren Alaina is speaking out to fans after having to postpone shows due to a devasting death in her family. She sadly shared on July 24 that he passed away on July 23.
Now, on August 6, she went to Instagram once more to thank her fans for their support. She shared a lot of photos including one with Jason Aldean and another with a sign showing support from her fans.
Lauren said,
Thank you. I can’t think of much else to say right now other than thank you. Thank you to everyone who has checked on me and continued to show up for me. Thank you to @jasonaldean and @brittanyaldean and your team for treating me like family. Thank you to my husband for being the arms that are holding me together all day and all night long.
Lauren went on to thank her brother and sister for all the FaceTime calls with their babies. They did what they could to make her smile or give her some comfort.
She also thanked her mom and bonus dad. Her parents were divorced. Lauren thanked them for coming out on the road with her. She also gave a shout-out to her team for loving her.
Lauren concluded her post by thanking Jesus. She said, “Most of all thank you Jesus for the unconditional love and strength from the Kingdom of God surrounding all of us right now as we navigate this pain and sorrow.”

She’s Heading Back Out On The Road
After mourning her father for the past few weeks, Lauren Alaina is heading back out on the road. She noted in her post that she would be heading to Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Everyone has been sending her love from all over, including former Bachelor Colton Underwood.
The loss of her father came as a shock and she’s still working through her grief.
