Miranda Lambert is unflinchingly herself, never chasing trends or trying to fit a mold. Fans connect with her confidence, sass, and unwavering commitment to staying true to her artistic vision. But fans were still surprised by her raunchy action to promote her new song. Keep reading for more details.
Miranda Lambert Gets Raunchy To Promote New Song
Miranda Lambert is gearing up to release her first album with her new label. She left Sony Nashville in 2023 after twenty years. She signed with the Republic label, including a promotional deal with Big Loud.
The major change sparked a fire under the singer. She released “Wranglers” in May as the first single from the new album. She followed it up with a few other new releases, including “Dammit Randy.”
In addition to her new record, Miranda Lambert is working on the fall collection for her Idyllwind lifestyle brand. She took to TikTok to share a hilarious behind-the-scenes look at the attempt to create promotional photos for the new collection.
“Bloopers or it didn’t happen,” she captioned the clip that included her cracking up in the middle of the photo shoot. Miranda Lambert also busted out laughing at an interviewer stumbling over questions.
For the last outtake, a voice off camera asks for a sassy comment. Miranda Lambert’s response was NSFW, flipping off the camera with a double middle finger before breaking out into giggles.

Her Husband Co-Wrote “Dammit Randy”
Miranda Lambert married New York City police officer Brendan McLoughlin in 2019. He later retired from the police force and travels with his wife as part of her security team. But being so close to a huge country star seems to have had an effect on the former cop.
He co-wrote the song “Dammit Randy” from Miranda Lambert’s forthcoming album. She joked that he won’t “shut up” about his contribution.
What To Know About Postcards From Texas
Miranda Lambert has never forgotten her roots. She takes listeners back to her home state of Texas for her upcoming album. Postcards From Texas features fourteen new songs, including one called “Looking Back on Luckenbach,” named after a town in the Lone Star State.
The album includes a collaboration with fellow Texan Parker McCollum on the song “Santa Fe.” Miranda Lambert also offers her take on David Allan Coe’s “Living on the Run.”
The album drops on Friday, September 13, 2024. Which song are you looking forward to hearing the most? Let us know in the comments.
