Brantley Gilbert Shares Intimate ‘Guys Trip’
He is one of the hottest acts in country music but Brantley Gilbert is also a family man. Aside from a brief engagement to Jana Kramer, Brantley has been with his high school sweetheart, Amber Cochran for a decade. They got engaged in 2014 and tied the knot the following year. Together, the couple has three children, with the youngest being born in October 2024. In fact, Abram Howell arrived while Amber was on the tour bus and Brantley was performing a show. He noted how well she handled the delivery whereas he was a wreck the whole time.
They also share Barrett who was born in 2017 and Braylen who was born in 2019. However, after Abram’s birth, Brantley and Amber decided that three was more than enough for them. Therefore, they decided it was time for Brantley to get a vasectomy. According to People, the thirty-nine-year-old is not going it alone though. He and his guy friends are gathering together for a getaway to get the job done:
I’m about to have a bunch of them, boy we having a testicle festival December 11th. I’m getting clipped. I’m taking several of my buddies, we’re doing it together, you know what I mean? I wanted moral support.
He shared this big news on YouTube’s Something’s Burning and included they have hired a nurse to help them through the recovery. However, he does know that it is not a very trying procedure.

Brantley and his wife seem very content with their decision given he had to stop his show so he could be there for his son’s birth. Now, that will never be a problem again.
