Jason Aldean Controversary

Jason Aldean’s recent release of his music video for “Try That In A Small Town” has a lot of people upset. They feel like it is a “pro-lynching” video, but Jason says that isn’t the case at all. Instead, Aldean explains that this song is simply about how people take care of each other in a small town. Jason went to his Instagram Story to defend himself. You can see what he had to say below.

Brantley spoke out and here is what he had to say:

“One of my many pet peeves is the fact that we live in a society nowadays where people don’t get punched in the face anymore. Just a bunch of keyboard warriors hiding behind cell phones and laptops talking a bunch of sh*t.

So I got mad as hell the other night over this Aldean thing and I thought I was going to tweet something or something and I realized that I don’t have the password to any of my social media.”

He then introduced a song that he wrote called “Bury Me Upside Down.” Here are some of the lryics of this new song by Gilbert.

“Bury me upside down
Right in the heart of this old town
Here lies a man with one thing left to say
Put my middle fingers up
To all the folks that said I’s trash
Bury me upside down, so the world can kiss my a**”

  1. I totally back Jason Aldean and I love Brantley Gilbert. Tons of artist speak up against the looting and violence and burning our flag. I will personally stand up for my flag and yes I’m from a small town they wouldn’t let this anti American garbage fly. This song has nothing to do with race!!! It was against crime and injuring innocent people and businesses and disrespect of our police and our flag. Get it right to the dumb girl who just trying to gain followers.
