Zach Bryan is wrapping up his 2026 tour, but before he does, he is stirring up some major on-stage controversy. He is no stranger to drama, but what did the country superstar do this time? Keep reading for more details.
Zach Bryan Makes Major Statement
Recently, Zach Bryan’s ex-girlfriend, Brianna Chickenfry, called him out for bailing on Noah Kahan. This was a few years back, but it was a huge show, and he knew better than to do this. Additionally, she has unleashed her fury on her ex, exposing his controlling ways. Many say that she needs to move on, especially since he is married and living his best life. Now, he is on tour, which will end shortly, but it is not without controversy.

He decided to wear a “Free Palestine” shirt while performing at Gillette Stadium. This comes on the heels of Macklemore being banned from the same location for chanting “Free Palestine” while performing at MetLife. Therefore, he was told he could not come to Gillette, where the New England Patriots play their home games. Additionally, the team is owned by Robert Kraft, whom Macklemore believed was behind his getting banned. He was then off the Ed Sheeran tour, which was a head-scratcher. It is unclear why Zach did this, knowing what the outcome could be, but he did not seem to care.
Fans know that Zach Bryan loves to push the envelope, so if someone tells him he cannot do something, that means he will. Moreover, he may have wanted to see if he would be treated the same. As for Ed Sheeran, he has lost many of his accompanying acts and his backing band because it was believed he fired Macklemore. He is firm that it was not his doing.
Let Him Speak
As of now, it does not seem that Zach Bryan has faced any ramifications. Additionally, followers of the story are proud that he is trying to use his voice and hope that it brings about change:
- Because he is awesome. Just awesome. If they have a voice, they should be able to speak up about anything they believe in of course. Just imagine if nobody did or said anything during the halocaust. Enough people didn’t say anything.
