Post Malone and Jelly Roll are headed out on tour, but that has all changed. Originally, it was supposed to begin in May, but Post shared that he had pumped the brakes. So, was his tourmate to blame? Keep reading for all of the details as to what is going on.
Jelly Roll & Post Malone Are A Dynamic Duo
Fans have been chomping at the bit to see either Jelly Roll or Post Malone, together or solo. When they first launched their “BIG ASS Stadium Tour” in 2025, it was a huge hit. Having two amazing headliners was a treat, so it made sense to try the magic again in 2026. Jelly Roll was on a literal roll as he had dropped an immense amount of weight and was showcasing this everywhere. Moreover, he won three Grammy awards and was floating on a cloud. As for Posty, he was the first artist to headline Stagecoach and Coachella.

Then, he decided to push back the opening date of his tour with Jelly Roll. Originally set to begin on May 13, he moved it to June 9th. Posty stated that he had done so much during festival season that he needed some time to regroup. However, fans and followers are not buying this.

They think that Jelly Roll’s political beliefs contributed to possible low ticket sales and an overall rebellion. He avoided taking a true political stance at the Grammys and did not follow what everyone else was doing. Yet, it is clear where he falls, which should not be a problem, but based on the comments, it is. Fans love Post Malone, but they feel he should ditch Jelly Roll. Moreover, they do not believe his excuses:
- If he stopped touring with jelly and had a different opener he would sell tickets just fine π«£
- In other words.. “I partnered with Jellyroll and now I can’t sell tickets”
- To finish music π€£ itβs because no one bought tickets. No one wants to see veggie roll.
Jelly Roll Brings The Drama?
As of now, Jelly Roll is already out on the road and having a great time. He has a lot of faithful fans who do not care what his political affiliation is. However, the same cannot be said for those who had tickets to see him with Post Malone. That is a whole different breed of concertgoer, and they think Post needs to stay away from Jelly for tour success:
- Get Jelly off this tour and lower ticket prices
- There is only one reason why & its jelly roll. Posty never has problems with selling tickets, I think most people are finding out what jelly roll is really like they are dropping him like a hot potato ππ
It was also noted that it is the same tour as last year, and some do not want to pay for a repeat performance. They also do not want to pay excessive prices, so there is that factor.
