Lauren Alaina teams up with Nashville non-profit to provide winter coats for families in need.
Recently, some families in need in Nashville got quite the surprise. According to WZTV Lauren Alaina partners with the Martha O’Bryan Center for a drive-thru event. Notably, the mission of the Christmas drive-thru event is to deliver coats while safely maintaining social distancing protocols. Sadly, the Martha O’Bryan center says, “the COVID-19 pandemic has deepened the need to help vulnerable families in Nashville this year.” They also speak of the Country star. “We are so grateful to have Lauren’s support and her passion for making sure our families have this tangible need met as the weather changes.”
How does Lauren Alaina feel about the cause of the Martha O’Bryan Center? She says, “The holidays are about love, light, and giving.” Gutwrenchingly, she goes on to say, “No child should be without a coat. I can’t wait to be a part of such an important organization and make a difference for some sweet kiddos.”

Fans can see a photo from the drive-thru Christmas event on Lauren Alaina’s Instagram. The Country star is seemingly dressed for Christmas. She’s wearing what appears to be an elf costume under her long puffer jacket. And, fans can’t miss her bright red shoes. One fan writes, “Hope that’s not a Grinch outfit cause that’s so not you…”
Back at it with the puns, it also seems that she hands out more than winter coats to families in need. In a recent Instagram post, Lauren Alaina writes, “I had a MUGnificent time with @marthabryancenter & @operationwarm_coatsfor kids.” After her definition of the holidays being “about spreading warmth and love,” she says this is “a great way to do that.”
