Todrick Hall has a feeling that Taylor Swift is up to something. Now, he has Swifties buzzing about his “theory” about the singer. Last year, Taylor dropped two new albums – folklore and evermore – within a six-month span. But her BFF thinks she has more up her sleeve.
On Thursday, January 28th, Todrick shared a “theory” about his famous friend. On Twitter, he talked about her sleep cycle, new music, her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, and her beloved cats. His tweet also got Swifties wondering. Taylor is the type of pop star who never takes a break and always plants Easter eggs in her work.
Todrick Hall has a “theory” about Taylor Swift
According to the “Y.A.S.” singer, Taylor Swift could be dropping new music.
“I have a theory that Taylor doesn’t sleep like I legit believe she stays up all night, drops musical genius while everyone’s sleeping, and then sits by the fire with her cats and Joe giggling while the world tries to figure out what just happened,” Todrick tweeted.
However, this doesn’t indicate that she’s working on a new album. But now it has fans think that Taylor will be dropping something soon. Fans know that Taylor often talks to her friends about her projects. One Swiftie responded: “I feel like you know something. Spill the tea bestie.”

“WHAT DO YOU KNOW OMG,” another added.
“why would u tweet that out of nowhere omg tell us what you know,” a second user commented.
But Todrick claims that he doesn’t “know anything.” He tweeted the message after reading one of Taylor’s posts.
“I don’t know anything, I just saw her post tonight and started thinking of what she might be whipping up in her bop kitchen…I’m just as excited as everyone else in the world,” he added. “Re-fell in love with ‘Delicate’ yesterday, that song gives me butterflies. K, goodnight!”

He referred to Taylor’s latest tweet about her new chapter of songs. The new EP, entitled Forever Is the Sweetest Con, is a collection of songs featured on her albums folklore and evermore. Taylor posted the tweet before Todrick’s message.

The singer is “content” with where she’s at
There have been multiple theories about Taylor Swift dropping new music soon. However, she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe that she feels satisfied after the release of evermore. She called the latter album a “quiet conclusion.”
“With this one, I have this feeling of sort of quiet conclusion and sort of this weird serenity of what we did what we set out to do and we’re all really proud of it and that feels really really nice,” Taylor said.
The “Willow” singer explained that she was happy with her creative journey. At that point, Taylor was a singer who was known for writing “diaristic songs.” But folklore and evermore allowed her to tell stories of other people. She described the songwriting process “as a floatation device” since this year has been so difficult.
