This past weekend, Carrie Underwood took to the stage at the 2023 CMT Music Awards. The 40-year-old proved that age is nothing but a number. She performed her new song “Hate My Heart” in a crystalized corset and micro shorts. Carrie showed off her trademark muscular legs that had her fans talking.

She loves to show off her legs. After all, she works hard on them at the gym. She stepped out in a black bedazzled corset that clung to the curves of her body. Rhinestones dangled all the way down from her corset onto her thighs, which stole the show. Carrie topped off the look with a black blazer that featured red rhinestone hearts all over it.

She also wore black sequin micro shorts with red hearts. The country superstar paired her outfit with a bold statement necklace and a huge red cocktail ring. Her signature blonde hair was styled around her face in soft waves. The strands cascaded around her face and onto her shoulders. She performed an electrifying rendition of her hit song.

The American Idol alum loves to work out

It’s no secret that Carrie Underwood loves to work out. She spends most of her time at the gym. Yet, she finds it easier to work out when she’s on the road. Carrie brought a mobile gym with her on her Denim & Rhinestones Tour.

She trains with her friend and professional trainer Eve Overland. The two have even collaborated on their own workout app called Fit52. Carrie Underwood showed off her strong thighs once again in a new ad for Body Armour. She holds herself up on a bar in a hot pink tank top with colorful micro s shorts.
