Country singer Jimmie Allen is being sued by his former manager for assault and sexual abuse. These shocking claims came out after a recent split from his wife while she is pregnant with their third child. Jimmie is also responding to these claims.
Jimmie Allen Sued
People shared the details about the lawsuit against Jimmie Allen that came about today. Variety was the first to post about this situation. In this lawsuit, his manager is named as Jane Doe, obviously not wanting her name released. Jimmie went to Los Angeles to perform at a taping of American Idol and allegedly raped her in March of 2021. It turns out that she doesn’t remember what happened. She stated that she woke up with severe pain and vaginal bleeding and then was told that Plan B was a good idea by Allen. She shared that she was in a confused state when it happened.
This isn’t the only time that she is claiming something happened. There was also a trip in May of 2021 to The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she claimed Jimmie assaulted her in several ways. She claimed that he groped her breasts on the plane, pushed his erect penis against her in public, and masturbated in front of her at the hotel. She is also claiming that he stuck his fingers inside her vagina without her permission.
Jane Doe’s attorney is saying that they never asked for any money. They said they just wanted to meet to discuss things and Allen said he wouldn’t do that.

Jimmie Defends Himself
Jimmie Allen is defending himself, but at the same time admitting to having an affair on his wife. Everyone wondered why these two split and this could be the cause of it. Below you can find the statement that he gave to People.
“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever. I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely. Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.”
