Morgan Wallen appears in Drake’s new music video for “You Broke My Heart.”
Today, Drake, a music superstar, released a new music video for his song “You Broke My heart.” The new song was featured on his recent For All The Dogs Album. It was the last track on the For All the Dogs Scary Hours edition.
Potential Big Hit?
The song is the current single from the above mentioned album. It is slowly but surely rising on the charts at mainstream Top 40 radio. It definitely has the potential to be a big hit!
While country songs usually have no more than four writers, “You Broke My Heart,” was written by numerous people. Writer’s of the new song includes Anderson Hernandez, Isaac De Boni, Aubrey Graham, Michael Mulé, Frank Wilson, Alexander Morand, and Kenny Thomas.
But, within the video, you will see a very familiar face to the country music world – Morgan Wallen. He makes an appearance in the beginning, where you can see the two of them having dinner at a restaurant.

Drake posted an image of him and Morgan Wallen in a car where they both have a smile on their faces, with the caption, “YOU BROKE MY HEART VIDEO out now,” followed with broken heart emojis.

Morgan Wallen Picked The Wrong Girl…
Morgan admitted to Drake that he didn’t like the girl he had just ended thing with. He said he thinks she, “might’ve been the wrong girl anyway,” and they proceed to leave together.
While Morgan isn’t a feature on the musical production of the song, with him randomly being in the video, it makes you wonder if they plan to collaborate again later in the future.

In the past, Morgan has worked with rapper Lil Durk on his songs “Broadway Girls” and “Stand By Me.” Considering the fantastic year he just wrapped up in 2023, there aren’t many mainstream artist who wouldn’t want a piece of that currently!
In August 2023, Morgan broke the record for the longest-running number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 history from an unaccompanied artist. If you didn’t know, the Hot 100 combines ALL of theU.S. genre charts when considering streaming, radio airplay, and sales data.
His famous song, “Last Night,” was number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for 16 weeks in a row! It was also the fastest song to climb to number one on the country music charts in Morgan’s career. It only took seven weeks to hit the top spot after being played on the radio.
