Jason Aldean Dedicates ‘Try That In A Small Town’ To President Trump
Former President Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt at a political rally on Saturday, July 13. The shooter narrowly missed Trump’s head, grazing his ear, and killing one innocent bystander in the crowd. President Trump was escorted off the stage by Secret Service members.
Aldean shared the now-infamous photo of Donald Trump holding up his fist after being shot in the ear on Instagram. In the caption, he wrote, “This is what a Warrior looks like! This is MY guy 🇺🇸. @realdonaldtrump we are thinking about u and praying for you and your family.”
The country music singer continued, “God has a bigger plan for you my friend and I think we all know what that is by now. My heart goes out to the (victim’s) families as well. They are the ones left to pick up the pieces of this cowardly act.”
