A young girl at a recently Lainey Wilson concert was determined to meet her idol. She passed a note to the stage that said her father promised to buy her a horse trailer if she made it to the stage.
Of course Lainey Wilson had to make the young girl’s dream come true. She shared the interaction on social media. Once on stage, the girl, later identified as Savannah, said, “My daddy is a farmer he does hard work for me and raises me up as a farmer and I love him.”
The “Heart Like A Truck” singer has been open about her love and admiration for her own father. She turned to the audience and said, “Y’all, I just think I met my best friend.”
Lainey Wilson and the young girl went back and forth calling each other best friends. At one point, the youngster tried to recite her phone number in the microphone for all to hear, but Lainey Wilson stopped her and told her she would get her number later.
