On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Blake announced the plans for the premiere of Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas. It is the latest holiday-themed Hallmark movie that he has had the opportunity to executive produce.
According to IMDB, the film centers on Carly, a young female musician, who heads to a small town to work with a church choir for the holiday season. While she is facing her first Christmas without her mother and looking to avoid being lonely, Carly meets Matthew. He is a young Army veteran, also with a talent for singing. As she gets to know Matthew, the choir, and the townspeople, she uncovers clues that suggest she may have been brought here for an entire life-changing reason.

You will be seeing some familiar faces featured in the cast, such as Nashville star, Chris Carmack, who plays the role of Matthew in Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas, Shenae Grimes-Beech, and, Grace Leer- who is a country songwriter and singer. Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas, is currently the latest in a string of themed holiday films from, Blake Shelton. The full collection dates all the way back to 2018. It began with, Time for Me to Come Home for Christmas, and since then he has put out Time for Us to Come Home for Christmas, Time for You to Come Home for Christmas, and Time for Him to Come Home for Christmas.

Where Did Blake Shelton’s Movie Ideas Come From?
All of his films are based on Blake’s song, “Time for Me to Come Home.” He wrote the song for his 2012 Christmas album, which features a cameo vocal from his mom, Dorothy Shackleford.
