Jelly Roll Has Special Moment With ‘Childhood Hero’
The one thing fans love about Jelly Roll is how generous and caring he is. Having spent time in prison, he has no problem spending time going back to jails and showing inmates there is light at the end of the tunnel. More so, he will reach out to fans in need. Recently, a concertgoer asked him to pay her tuition. He said that his team would cover it and, as it turned out, she had a tremendous backstory. Additionally, Jelly played a role in getting her to the point that she was able to have the grades to go to college so it was a full circle moment.
He is always giving back and now, it was time for his moment in the sun. Jelly always salutes those who make an impact like Taylor Swift. He recently gave a nod to her and what an amazing philanthropist she is. Yet, he also shared that his “childhood” heroes were “between Willie Nelson and Eminem.” At a plethora of events, musicians have no problem telling him how amazing his music is. Now, he is showing off a photo with none other than his hero, Eminem.

It seems that Eminem loves Jelly as well as he sampled “Save Me” for his new album which was quite a shock but a pleasant surprise. The song is called “Somebody Save Me” and it is on The Death Of Slim Shady so this is a very special moment to have Eminem choose to use a Jelly song. However, it is not the first time they have worked together. The two performed “Even Angels Cry” so dreams do come true.
