Miranda Lambert’s Vegas residency was the topic of headlines this summer, but not for a good reason. She caused a stir after stopping one show to scold audience members for taking a selfie while she was performing.
The Vegas show did continue throughout the summer, but Lambert’s schedule hasn’t been packed the last few months. The break from touring gave her the opportunity to visit some European countries with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin.
Her Vegas residency resumes in November, but she’s taking the time now to enjoy her Nashville home and one of her favorite activities.

Miranda Lambert might be taking a break from the road, but she’s not taking a break from her business. In 2018, Lambert launched Idyllwind, a clothing and accessories brand.
The company recently marked its fifth anniversary, and the country singer often promotes it on her social media.
Earlier this month, she shared a clip of her playing “This or that: Western edition” to promote the brand.
When choosing between tall or short cowboy boots, she said, “depends on the event,” noting that tall boots are necessary if you’re riding a horse.
Does she prefer “denim on denim” or “leather on leather”? Miranda Lambert prefers an all-denim outfit, joking, “I like to call it my Texas tuxedo.”

Miranda Lambert Shares Free Mini Concert With Fans
After a grueling tour schedule, Miranda Lambert is likely happy to be home at her Tennessee ranch. She took to her social media this week to share a free mini concert with fans.
Makeup-free and casually dressed in jeans and cowboy boots, Miranda Lambert covered one of Merle Haggard’s biggest hits from her front porch.
“Fall at the farm. Favorite song. Favorite porch,” she captioned the clip. The song? Haggard’s 1980 single “The Way I Am.”
This isn’t the first time she’s performed from her front porch with just a guitar. And based on the comments, her fans wouldn’t mind if she gave them a free mini concert every day.
“Please make this a series we beg,” one fan pleaded. Another wrote, “I could sit and listen to you all day like this. This is the real Miranda!”
One follower had an idea for Lambert’s next album. “Imma need you to do an album of covers. And this is a must please.”
