Kellie Pickler Lists Home For Sale In Nashville

While Kellie Pickler purchased her home in 2010, she recently listed her home where she lived her late husband, Kyle Jacobs, for just under $3 million.

A year before she and Kyle tied the knot, she purchased the home. Jacobs, 49, died by suicide, in February this year. It looks like Kellie is ready to move on.

Kellie Pickler Says Goodbye

Kellie is looking to say goodbye to her Nashville home where she lived for over a decade, with her late husband, Kyle Jacobs.

Property records show the Tudor-style home was purchased in January of 2010. It was just a year before Kellie, 37, tied the knot with Jacobs. The property is where Jacobs died by suicide at age 49, in February. PEOPLE confirmed at the time.

The home is currently listed for $2.89 Million. The house features four bedrooms, and four full-sized bathrooms, and the home is 4,865 square feet. The listing is currently held by, Gary Ashton of The Ashton Real Estate Group of Re/MAX Advantage.

Included Amenities

Along with the four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the home features a three-car garage, a front porch with a seating area, a screened-in porch located beside the pool and a spacious backyard.

Inside the beautiful home, there is a two-story fireplace located in the living room, an eat-in kitchen with a center island, a media room and a wine cellar.

Kellie And Kyle’s Story

The couple began dating in 2008, and shocked everyone with their surprise wedding ceremony, three years later.

In 2017, Kellie and Kyle were on the, Today Show. The couple reveals what to do “In A Pickler.” The first question asked, “If you’re in the middle of a show and a fan asks for a selfie, do you stop and take the selfie or keep going?” Kellie answered, “I take the picture at the same time and keep going!”

Kellie Remembers Kyle

Kellie, an American Idol Alum, shared a heartfelt statement with PEOPLE, following her husband’s death in February.

Pickler then stated, “One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis, if you don’t know what to do, ‘do nothing, just be still.” She said, “I have chosen to heed his advice.”

“Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters, for the countless letters, calls, and messages that you have sent my way.” Kellie continued, “It has truly touched my heart and soul and it’s helping me get through the darkest time in my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.”

Lastly, she added that there was an intimate service planned for Kyle in the fall as, “That is what Kyle would have wanted.” It was held in late September, a “Celebration of Life” service, at Franklin First UMC, in Franklin, Tennessee. Hundreds of people gathered there to pay their respects to the late musician.
