Wildhorse Saloon Closes Doors For New Luke Combs Venture

Nashville’s iconic, Wildhorse Saloon, closes its doors, making way for Luke Combs’ massive new venue and bar. The staple to Music City, said goodbye to its customers for the last time on January 1, 2024.

The Wildhorse Saloon has officially closed its doors with the intentions of a needed remodel. In it’s place will be Luke Combs’ 69,000-square-foot entertainment venue and bar.

Wildhorse Saloon Closed Forever

They said their last good-bye to their customers following their final New Year’s Eve celebration. The morning after December 31, 2023, the venue closed its doors and shared a touching message with its customers.

Since 1994, Wildhorse Saloon has been a beacon of Nashville’s vibrant music scene. We’re excited to announce that 2024 marks the beginning of a new chapter for this iconic venue.

As we step into this promising era, let’s raise a glass to the past and toast to the brilliant future ahead. Our heartfelt thanks to patrons, artists, staff, and everyone who contributed to making Wildhorse Saloon the legend it is today. We extend our deepest gratitude to all who graced our stage, danced on our dance floor, and sang along to the music.

What’s Next To Come?

Now that the Wildhorse Saloon is closed for good, Luke Combs’ will begin working to bring the highly anticipated new venue and bar to life. He announced to his fans on April 13, 2023, that he partnered with Opry Entertainment Group to open the facility.

Luke, a two-time CMA Entertainer of the Year winner, promised that the new establishment will offer something of everyone and will be modeled after his platinum hit, “Hurricane.”

The Biggest Entertainment Complex In Downtown Nashville

Known as “the largest and most versatile entertainment complex in the downtown entertainment district,” the revamped venue will accommodate close to 3,200 people indoors and outdoors. With three interior levels, it will be individually designed to display Luke’s interests in songwriting, whiskey, sports and music.

Once doors open, fans can expect to find several bars. Bars to be expected include – a sports bar on the third level, bourbon bar, and a beer bar that will offer high quality local ales.

The venue will also include a 1,500 capacity concert hall for ticketed events, a bachelorette themed area based off of his song, “Beautiful Crazy,” a 9,000-square-foot rooftop with gorgeous views, the Bootleggers, a special section for his fans and more!

When Will Lukes Bar Open?

When Luke Combs’ and Opry Entertainment group announced the news, the facility was expected to open in summer of 2024. Since it was announced, a timeline with an opening date has not been revealed.
